Appointment

  • Be prepared for the appointment and make all necessary arrangements and decisions well in advance of its start.
  • All spaces subject to our services must be within the delivery address declared at checkout.

  • The appointment starts as soon as we arrive to the delivery address; please be prepared to let us in and prompt us without delay.

Parts, Materials and Consumables

  • Where available, select from the available options to confirm whether you or us will supply the replacement parts, materials and/or consumables.
  • If no options are available -by default- you are responsible for sourcing all replacement parts, materials and consumables. These must be readily available to us at the appointment start.
  • If you are supplying the parts, materials and/or consumables, make sure they are readily available to us by the appointment start – missed appointments and/or unfinished work due to non-present parts, materials and/or consumables are non-refundable. Waste Disposal

  • By default, the waste generated from our activities-including but not limited to removed parts, leftover materials, offcuts and packaging-will be left onsite for you to dispose of.

Noise/ Dust Levels

  • Our activities may generate a considerable amount of noise and/or dust – please be prepared to tolerate them and make all necessary arrangements well in advance of the appointment start.

Cleaning

  • We’ll do some basic cleaning upon job completion. Please be prepared to do the thorough cleaning yourself, especially after high dust level jobs.

Rescheduling, Cancelling and Refund Policy

    • Up to 5 full business days before the Appointment Start: free of charge
    • Up to 4 full business days before the Appointment Start: 20% of the Order Total Amount
    • Up to 3 full business days before the Appointment Start: 40% of the Order Total Amount
    • Up to 2 full business days before the Appointment Start: 60% of the Order Total Amount
    • Up to 1 full business days before the Appointment Start: 80% of the Order Total Amount
    • Within 1 business day of the Appointment Start: 100% of the Order Total Amount
  • Cancellation Fees
    • Up to 5 full business days before the Appointment Start: £5 + 10% of the Order Total Amount
    • Up to 4 full business days before the Appointment Start: £5 + 30% of the Order Total Amount
    • Up to 3 full business days before the Appointment Start: £5 + 50% of the Order Total Amount
    • Up to 2 full business days before the Appointment Start: £5 + 70% of the Order Total Amount
    • Up to 1 full business days before the Appointment Start: £5 + 90% of the Order Total Amount
    • Within 1 business day of the Appointment Start: 100% of the Order Total Amount

Cancellation fees are associated with Payment Merchants’ and Administrative fees as well as Staff idle time.

Our Responsibilities

  • Deliver the present service to a high standard and in a timely manner, in line with its description and our company Policies & Procedures and Terms & Conditions.
  • Let you know about any issues concerning the service as soon as we possibly can.

Your Responsibilities

  • Keep other people -especially children- and pets at a safe distance from us, our tools and the spaces we are working within; our activities may be harmful -some potentially life threatening- to them.
  • Move away valuable, fragile, and/or any items you care for.
  • Provide us with access to mains power and water supplies.
  • Provide us with access to the internet in areas of poor mobile reception.
  • Have parts, materials and/or consumables -where applicable- readily available for the appointment.
  • Clear and clean any spaces we’ll be working within.
  • Avoid disrupting our work as much as you possibly can; delays due to external causes might result in extra charges.
  • Make sure you read and understand the service description as well as our Terms & Conditions before booking.
